March Meekness
I neglect this blog.
But when you worked all day, you don't really have anything interesting to say.
I mean,
"Today I scrapped a bunch of A/C units."
"Today I went to the scrapyard."
"Today I sorted Copper."
None of that is interesting.
I'm still very angry at the BBC. They told us that Doctor Who was going to be run March 13th. It wasn't. I go check the internet, and Look! It's been delayed. It's now coming out April 3rd. In the UK. 2 WEEKS later here. Thank god for the internet.
Whatever, I just hope my cousin and Natty are done by then. That way I'll have someone to talk about the episode with.
NEW KICK-ASS TRAILER.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvfKPo6VZp4
Watch it.
Well.
Today is Worldwide D&D day.
Gary Gygax, co creator of the game, died 2 years ago on March 4th.
Today, even if you don't play, try to have a moment honouring the amazing thing that he helped create for the world.
Finally, I have my G2 test in exactly 11 days.
I hope I'm ready.
May the road go ever on an on, never stopping and never halting. 'Till we reach our final day...

Stephen Sits Strangely
Ok, that title was too easy.
It's been more than a week since I've written anything.
Then again, nothing interesting ever happen in my life.
EXCEPT PAIN.
I've been in pain since thursday. My back has just been KILLING me. And friday all day I was having stomach cramps and felt like I was going to throw up.
At least it's gone now. Hopefully for good.
Ok, week rundown.
Monday, Band. No saxophones. I was the only one.
Tuesday, Nothing. I dislike that we've temporarily changed D&D night to mondays, it confuses the rest of my week.
Wednesday, I stuck around for choir and packed up things for the Coffeehouse. This is when the pain started, out of the blue.
Thursday, I didn't leave the school. I got there at 7:50 and left at 22:30. Never Again. I spent too much time there. Coffeehouse was interesting. There were lots of problems with the lighting, with the sound, and the acts. But hey, it was a fun time. A lot of the acts had talent, it was just obscured by the bad soundboarding. Blah blah, bitching aside, it was an ok night.
Friday was yesterday, and it was interesting. I hurt the entire day, and felt like I was going to be sick. But I stuck through it. Steve and Nicole came over after school, and we played Vidjamagames. I still despise Sonic and Mario at the olympics, because Steve beats me at it. He's just lucky RE4 doesn't really have multiplayer.
But!
Then we went downstairs and hooked up the Sega Genesis.
And found out one of my controllers is busted.
CRAPCAKES.
But one still works, so hooray! I found out I still kick ass in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Gunstar Heros, and Sonic 3. But Spiderman-Maximum Carnage still rapes me. As well as Comix Zone. Games in the 90's were so much harder than they are now.
Seriously.
Beating those games was like having a second job.
I work tonight. But I'm going out to have a birthday dinner with a few guys as well. Not sure who really cares about that, but hey, it needs to be said.
I'm eating Cheerios.
And it's raining.
I've always liked the rain. It's calming. The sound of gentle rain on a rooftop is a really nice sound.
Oh ho! I remember now. I have a rant.
This is to members of my own gender. I don't think any of those read my thoughts here on this webpage, but I don't care.
You DO NOT touch girls when they don't show an interest. You DO NOT. EVER. Touch them when they are dating someone.
It's wrong. It's against many of the codes. It breaks some of the most cardinal rules of being Male. It makes you seem like a bag of sleaze. Scum, lower than low, etc.
I'm done now.
NEW SEASON OF DOCTOR WHO TONIGHT!
and I'm working...
But hopefully Natasha is coming over tomorrow and we can watch it.
I woke up today and my hair was like David Tennant's again...I wonder if that's a sign...
Journey through time, travel through space, do all you can to make the Universe right.

Alice Aligns Aloofness
Alice in Wonderland is a nice change of pace.
It's not your original Alice, she's grown up, less curious and more badass.
I was impressed.
I was very happy with the inclusion of Alan Rickman and Christopher Lee. The parts they played weren't huge, but they're voices are easily recognizable if you are fans of their work and it's a pleasant surprise to hear them act.
But I think the part of everything that got me more pumped?
The 3D trailer for Tron: Legacy. That movie is looking more and more insane every day.
I'm just sad that I don't live in the UK, since they had a 3D trailer for the new season of Doctor Who. I think I'm going to go look it up now.
Fools rush in where the lazy don't care.

Metalworks Melts Mere Manhatten
Well Hello there.
I'm bleedin' exhausted, for no apparent reason. But I shall power through.
I don't even remember what happened since I last posted something.
Today Metalworks Studios came to BR to give a seminar. Most of you know this, most of you were there. They brought Farichild with them, and I was honestly not that impressed. I thought they were exceptionally average. Very good, but just not...special. There's potential though.
And to be honest, I was rather disappointed with the seminar. They didn't really answer any questions, and nearly all the fan questions were for Brian Melo. There were other people there. They were all professionals. They had answers to questions you probably had.
Whatever.
Cole proposed to him though. That was fantastic.
Oh, and the all the other schools from the area came by, so it was a great opportunity to show them how amazing BR is. And a chance to show Mary's what a Tech Rep they lost.
BITCHES!
I digress.
I finished the 4th season of Doctor Who last night. Everyone said it was terrible, but I didn't have TOO many problems with it though. Sure, it had Donna, but it involved all the other companions as well! And I'm going to stop there because Natasha reads this and she hasn't seen it yet.
So bleh.
I was going to go see The Wolfman with Natasha tomorrow, but Steve's movie theater is stupid and stopped showing it. I'm going to throw things at him.
The walls grow ever longer, but the height never changes.
